Aged 19, Furr did some paintings of the interiors of his childhood home 'Beechwood' in Heswall.

His mother Angela and father Peter Furr and family lived at 288 Telegraph Road which had a view over the Dee, Wales.
Furr lived here from the age of 6 to 20yrs.

This painting depicts the view of a room on the ground floor at the front of the house.
