The initial idea for this design came from Christian Furr’s daughter Colette when she was a child. She had done a sketch in different coloured felt tips of a star. It became a piece inspired by Shakespeare’s sonnet 115 ‘Love is the star to every wand’ring bark’ Two enduring symbols in one place becoming one. ‘Unified in Love – the only constant. A guiding light.
