'Rollright' is made by artisan British cheesemaker David Jowett.
In flavour it is reminiscent of the clover pastures that the herd graze on. A strong flavour of Butter.
David named his cheese ‘Rollright’ after the Neolithic Rollright Stones, an ancient stone circle located near the original site of his King Srone Dairy in Oxfordshire, on the border with Warwickshire. The name connects the cheese to local landscape, legend, and the Cotswold countryside.
